The role and what we are looking for:

  • Reach out to warm leads via calls and schedule product demos.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Share product quotations and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Encourage customer referrals from existing paid users.
  • Provide exceptional after-sale support.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales forecasts for probable conversions.
  • Collect and relay product feedback to the product management team.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong logical and analytical abilities.
  • A smart and collaborative team player.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate
