Job Description:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO in the gaming industry, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, enabling efficient operations and facilitating strategic. Your expertise in operations, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential in managing a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management:Coordinate the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing urgent matters and meeting coordination.

Organizational Skills: An EA must be highly organized, able to manage complex calendars, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Time Management: The ability to manage both the executive's and their own time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.

Communication Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Document Preparation:Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO, maintaining accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Travel Arrangements:Coordinate travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries, ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets.

Proactivity and Initiative: A great EA anticipates the executive's needs before they arise, such as preparing materials for a meeting before being asked.

Tech-Savvy: Being proficient with office tools (email, calendar software, document management systems) and learning new platforms quickly is key in today's work environment

Confidentiality and Compliance:Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Executives schedules and priorities can change rapidly, so the ability to shift gears and stay calm under pressure is important.

Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with the executive, colleagues, and external partners is critical for smoothing operations and managing communications.

Special Projects:Assist the CEO in coordinating and executing special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any other office tools.

Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
