We are seeking a Pension Admin with 0-5 years of experience in the UK Pension industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UK Pension regulations, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Assist in the administration of UK Pension schemes
- Process member data, contributions, and benefit calculations accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with scheme members and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance
- Handle member queries and complaints effectively
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
- 0-5 years of experience in the UK Pension industry
- Knowledge of UK Pension regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
