We are seeking a skilled Platform Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our platform, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for platform-related issues and incidents.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
- Assist in the deployment of platform updates and new features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in platform support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Grafana) to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
