As a Data Analyst within the Services function at OneAdvanced, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Outcome: Consistently gather and analyze diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights that directly inform service improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a service or operations-oriented role.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
