Technical Program Manager (Oracle Xstore POS)

Exp :- 15+ yrs

Location :- Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail POS projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and scope.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• System Integration: Manage the integration of POS systems with other retail systems like ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of the POS system.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of POS systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 20 years + Extensive experience in managing retail POS projects, including implementation and configuration.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in the retail sector and POS.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of POS systems, retail operations, and related technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
