Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate in Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our digital marketing solutions.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with the company's objectives, focusing on solutions such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through various channels including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their digital marketing needs and challenges.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our digital marketing services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring client needs are met while maximizing profitability.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry news.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings and ensure they meet the current market demands.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report on KPIs, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software and other tools.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management, suggesting ways to enhance business development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple client projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinking to develop customized digital marketing solutions based on client needs.
