As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can lead Talent Acquisition efforts while driving impactful employee experience initiatives.

Location: Sector-4, Noida
Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Time: 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (60%)
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles and geographies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define role requirements, and align recruitment processes with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build a strong employer brand through outreach, events, and social media presence to position Maven Workforce as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
Employee Experience & Engagement (20%)
  • Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and feedback sessions to understand employee sentiments and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Develop onboarding programs that ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Compliance, Performance, and HRBP Responsibilities (20%)
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR roles, with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment pipelines and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, including engagement, performance, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
