Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in the Water & Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Water & Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management sector.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling water treatment solutions, wastewater treatment plants, and waste management services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, contractors, and industries.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and potential customers.
Client Management & Technical Support:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients on water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and support post-sales service.
Project & Sales Operations:
- Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Monitor project execution, ensuring that deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
