Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across the organization.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Additionally, you will assist in developing talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions and ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring a streamlined hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Assist in implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
  • Track team performance and assist with the development of team goals and KPIs to ensure recruitment targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.

Requirements

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • 6-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with at least 7 year of experience in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers effectively.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in mentoring or managing a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing schedules, interviews, and recruitment data.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems).
  • Basic knowledge of HR software for onboarding, reporting, and metrics.
  • Strong work ethic, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong networking abilities and understanding of industry trends.
  • Willingness to participate in recruitment events, conferences, and job fairs as needed.
