Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Analyst Compensation to support compensation analysis, reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining compensation data, assisting in salary benchmarking, and ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in salary benchmarking studies, analyzing industry trends and summarizing key findings.
- Stay up-to-date with compensation trends, policies, and best practices through ongoing learning and industry research.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, analytics, or reporting.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience handling complex compensation data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, reporting, dashboards).
- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and bonus allocations.
- Prior exposure to HCM systems and compensation tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
