Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, analytics, or reporting.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience handling complex compensation data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, reporting, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, and bonus allocations.
  • Prior exposure to HCM systems and compensation tools is an advantage.
