Service Management Lead

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
• Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
• Experience in managing programs, projects, or managed services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
• This position is based in Bengaluru.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by performing Red Hat OS Administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide technical support.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution of production issues.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience in Ubuntu Linux Administration and Linux Architecture.
• Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix.
