JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge of automation solution(s) and design, work closely with the process engineer, SME to design the automation use case
• Gather required information for detailed analysis covering below aspects
• PoV/BRD (To be provided at the time of assessment), To- Be Process Maps, steps of In-scope, validations, top exceptions, business rules, variations
• Process Information, Scoping Document, System Information
• Initial conversations to understand shared content and focus on key documents / sections to minimize effort spent
• Enhancement Process: Create Enhancement Slide and seek necessary approval
• Analyze business requirements, happy paths, exceptions, and non-functional requirements
• Evaluate existing system landscape- In built automation, Interface options, Shelf life, Road map & Connectivity challenges
• Suggest process changes/ redundant steps to be removed with PA, Product Owner, SME
• Evaluate Complexity and interaction with various systems
• Evaluate Risks involved in the process
• Identify technology interventions and interactions for to be solution ex: Workflow, reports, virtual assistants etc..
• Involve yourself to streams for guidance ex ; Salesforce , MuleSoft, iHUB, Appian etc.. (Good to have)
• Functional and Technical Risks
• Preliminary view on type of Automation-Evaluate the solution whether it fits workflow tool / Task automation / Cognitive services / mix (RPA + 1 tool)
• Based on the identified technology interventions & functional / non-functional requirements, narrow down on the technology choices using guidelines given in subsequent slides
• Identify reusable components and patterns from existing implementations
• Gather lead times and cost for various technology options where other service lines need to be involved, e.g., SAP changes within system, APIs, Salesforce/MuleSoft etc.
• IQ Bot: Gather a representative set of sample training documents of all possible templates as per business needs
• Prepare a spreadsheet of IQBot Project Framework and list down all data elements along with their data-types and description
• Create a custom domain (if needed) based on the data elements listed and/or proceed to create a learning instance with sample set of documents
• Train IQ Bot while referring to the labeled examples as per the mapping sheet, set validation rules as needed and monitor its output.
• Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of IQ Bot's data extraction by comparing the results against manual extraction
• Integrate the IQ Bot learning instance with RPA task-bot and deploy to production environment after integration testing is successful
• Monitor Maintenance and Iterative Improvements: Regularly monitor the performance of IQ Bot in a production environment, while analyzing the areas where it may require adjustments and necessary modifications
• Continuously refine and improve IQ Bots performance using feedback received from business users and retraining as needed
• Address any issues or errors promptly and update IQ Bot as and when new document variations/templates or requirements arise
• Above all- Consultant need to work closely with Stakeholders beyond the bandwidth assigned
