Finance Operations - Analyst

OPRG is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to- Assist with monthly analysis of aged AR, WIP, UAR working directly with our PR Agencies.
- Prepare daily cash reports summarizing variances.
- Review weekly upgrade, downgrade, & adverse decision reports for Client Credit Ratings.
- Assist with Monthly input of Working Capital Data , PL’s, Balance Sheets, in HFM.
- Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports including monthly profit and loss forecast by various agencies, locations etc…
- Review month / quarter / Year end close activities for all the businesses.
- Prepare different Business / Management reports including Ad-hoc reports
- Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
Shift Timings - 2PM - 11 PM
Qualifications:
You will be working closely with
Global Finance Leaders / members of agency Finance Team and will have responsibilities to achieve group goals with respect to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support.
This may be the right role for you if you have- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 4-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
- Having prior experience into R2R processes
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
- Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Flexibility to take up different assignenments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Experience in Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
