Job Description
  • Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring international clients mainly targeting the US & EMEA region.
  • Identify levers to get the target accounts to engage and convert engagement to conversation to customer.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises, with a focus on international clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
  • Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness in the international sales landscape.
  • Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.
  • Provide input on product positioning based on client feedback and market demand.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to finalize contracts.
  • The Director of Sales will be responsible for owning a revenue target. This will be based on new logos and hunting.
  • Managing a team of 4 to 6 Account Executive having 8+ years of experience
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Total years of experience required is 11-15 years
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in hiring and managing a team of Account Executives, with a focus on new revenue generation in international markets
  • Must've experience selling enterprise solutions to international & global clients in the IT industry
  • Previous experience in handling large ticket-size clients.
