The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT equipment, specifically laptops and system-related hardware, and overseeing administrative duties. This role requires strong technical knowledge of system specifications, hands-on experience in handling vendors, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Vendor & Supplier Management: Technical Expertise: Inventory & Asset Management: Administrative Duties: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or IT-related administrative roles. Strong technical knowledge of laptop configurations, system specifications, and IT hardware. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple suppliers and contracts.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
