  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle phone calls and manage reservations using hotel management software
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and hotel management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
