Inside Sales Role (0-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Research and identify potential clients in target markets.

Sales and Customer Service :

• Understand client needs and offer solutions, focusing on selling products/services that align with their requirements.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and address customer concerns.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Pipeline Management :

• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Track progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow up on quotes and close sales in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis :

• Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on lead status and sales performance.
• Analyze and report on sales metrics, offering insights for improvements.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to share best practices and optimize sales processes.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or tele-sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
