- Leadership: Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products that drive user satisfaction and business growth.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products in line with customer needs and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to bring product ideas to life, ensuring that all functions work in harmony towards common goals.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to optimize products, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in user experience, engagement, and conversion.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring a strong product launch and adoption in the market.
- User-Centric Design: Focus on delivering products that meet the evolving needs of Indian consumers, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
- Product P&L: Manage the product portfolio's performance and financial outcomes, including ROI, pricing, and budget allocation.
- Significant experience in product management
- Product Management Expertise: Proven track record in defining and scaling consumer tech products from ideation to execution, with a strong understanding of product design, development, and lifecycle management.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, driving high performance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian consumer tech landscape, market dynamics, and user behaviors, with the ability to translate this into actionable insights.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the latest tech trends and an understanding of technology stacks, product architecture, and development processes.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on performance metrics and consumer feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
