The role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. The candidate should be results-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build community.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaigns based on data analytics.
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and analyze PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
  • Experience with creating and managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
