Experience 2 - 4 Year
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (staff / consultant / intern / volunteer)- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Manpower mapping
- Working with division heads to understand future requirements and create JDs.
- Using innovative strategies to attract set pool of candidates, working with recruitment agencies/ job board/ referrals.
- Evaluating candidates to find the right fit for the role.
- Coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and insuring a positive candidate experience.
- Documentation completing Joining formalities and Induction of new employees.
- Responsible for enrolling all employees under followed statutory compliances by the organization.
- Handling employee queries.
- Prepare and track probation clearance
- Resolve all PF related issues for New and Old staff members.
- Preparing Internship/Consultancy/Experience/Contract Letters.
- Visit field stations
- One-on-one touch base with staff members and other team members of designated projects
- Any other task as and when required in the team.
Skills Familiarity with employment and statutory laws and regulations for the NGO.
Understanding of HR practices and talent acquisition trends.
Preferred Experience In Recruitment.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.
