Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of education

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, including working with developers, testers, and project managers.
• Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards, including maintaining code quality and ensuring that applications are secure and scalable.

• Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Ruby.
• Experience with application development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle or MySQL.
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
