We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in a similar role and should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- 0-4 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)
