Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, PMO - NNM CoE & Business Strategy & EnablementIn this role, you&rsquoll be assisting the implementation in managing and executing project activities. The role involves providing comprehensive support in projects financial tracking, coordination, administrative task, and ensuring smooth communication.
Responsibilities- Specific Document Reviews: PSC ToR, AED/PED, BRD, PMP, Closure Report, Red Pack Report, Change Request, PSC Deck, PSC MoM and etc.
- Managing the Change Delivery Standards (CDS) Assurance framework for the Project/Agile Deliveries/Programme, complying with the Project Governance Policy and CDS, and ensuring staff working on the Projects are aware and comply
- Supporting the Project/Programme Steering Committee (PSC/PgSC) in preparing quality materials (ToR, Progress reports, Minutes etc.).
- Ensuring Project Tools i.e. Clarity is up to date including Project static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the PSC/PgSC.
- Ensuring that all submissions to committees (AED/PED, Red packs, Closure Reports, etc.) are of the right quality and are timely.
- Participate and support in investment budget exercise.
- Develop and execute detailed deployment plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Provide support for project activities and help ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet the quality standards.
- Track project progress and milestones and assist in identifying potential delay or issues.
- Help complete open topics across workstream, and support resolve any dependencies.
- Facilitate communications between delivery lead and project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Ensure all project documents are properly stored, updated, and accessible.
- Ensure data in Clarity is accurate across the portfolio and working with delivery leads to address data quality issues.
- Support portfolio and executive reporting needs with quality Steerco/other meetings materials / deliverables.
- Ensure that projects are in compliance with checks and controls around the Go Live Milestones, Financials.
- Manage timesheets management for resources. Manage all financial activities (Raising of Purchase Orders, processing invoices, recharges, accruals for Source to Pay Initiatives).
- Tracking of the benefits for the programmes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Hands-on PMO experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
- A proven track record of supporting successful projects delivery as PMO
- Experience working within Financial Services and/or HR preferable
- Familiar with agile methodologies, new ways of working
- Good hands on usage of various tools Clarity/PlanView/JIRA/Confluence
- Experience in Financials Management & tracking
- High levels of personal accountability and proactive initiative taking
- Ability to prepare high-quality presentations/refinement forum packs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
- Ability to prioritise and have good time management, as well as having very close attention to detail
- A &lsquocan do attitude committed to doing &lsquowhat it takes to deliver
- &lsquoAgile&rsquo. Whilst not being the subject matter expert, having the ability to learn quickly, listen, synthesize the issues and articulate clearly for senior management with recommendations.

- Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders
- Focused, organised and results-oriented
- Possesses good analytical / critical thinking skills
- Meeting Group standards and familiarity with Project Management/nWoW standards, PED/QPR/MPR process, RAID reporting, Project lifecycle and related documents and phase gates
- Experience of Microsoft Project and Clarity/Plan View tools.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Strong experience in banking field, with proven track record in leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects.
