Executive - Customer Support - Fashion (1-3 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the industry.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers via phone, chat and email to provide outstanding support and ensure their success with our products and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
• Proactively seek customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to drive product improvements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer success or support.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in the clothing or fashion industry is a plus.
