JOB SUMMARY :
Job Profile : Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - MarketingLocation : Delhi HO (DEFENCE COLONY, SOUTH DELHI)
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Regular tracking of competitor's products and activities.
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions & to predict future trends.
- Develop and implement a suitable merchandising strategy for the market - in consultation with the Brand team.
- Development of BTL marketing tools like POS Material, Retail Visibility merchandise, product detailers, teasers, brochures etc.
- Responsible for preparing product forecasts, monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply timelines.
- Close Liaise with the regional sales teams to ensure effectiveness of consumer promotions, develop appropriate benchmarks and implement a framework for assessing the effectiveness.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
- Liaise with Vendors, Advertising/Media Agencies/other partners/external agencies to deliver planned activity.
- Conceptualizing and implementation of trade schemes, promotions, sampling and generate on ground visibility opportunities
- Pricing and delivering of targeted profits.
- Analysis of brand metrics (brand recall, saliency, trials, conversions etc.) as well as sales metrics (volume, retail penetration) etc.
- Monitor the field marketing budget for its effective utilization and undertake course-correction if required.
- Provide the required administrative and marketing support to the Brand Manager.
QUALIFICATION :
Preferably postgraduate with relevant marketing experience of 2-3 years in FMCG/ Alco- Bev/ Food & Beverage industry
EXPERIENCE :
- Strong analytical, communication & MIS skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally
- Experience includes retail and or on-trade
- Knowledge and experience of consumer and trade promotions
