Description

We are looking for a Store Manager with 2-4 years of experience in retail management / Mall / Retail shop. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and that customers have a positive shopping experience.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, staff management, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure that sales targets are met and that the store is profitable
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Train and manage staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about products
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and that products are displayed in an attractive manner
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in retail management / Mall / Retail shop
• Strong leadership and management skills
