1. Marketing Automation & Tools Management

• Manage and optimize marketing tools, including CRMs, email platforms (e.g., Brevo, Contlo), analytics systems, and automation software, to enhance efficiency across NeoYug and NeoPalms.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new tools to streamline workflows and boost marketing impact.
• Send weekly emailers and ensure seamless integration and communication between all marketing systems and platforms.
• Manage Gupshup (SMS/WhatsApp marketing tool) and other marketing communication platforms.

1. Shopify & Website Management

• Oversee the NeoPalms Shopify store, ensuring a premium user experience and smooth operations, including addressing technical assistance needs.
• Update and manage website visuals, banners, and content to align with branding and campaign strategies for both NeoYug and NeoPalms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
• Manage and update event details on platforms like Knorish and WordPress (back-end and front-end).

1. Marketing Operations Support

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels.
• Develop end-to-end campaigns with team collaboration and ensure timely execution.
• Construct campaign decks to showcase the starting points, strategy, execution, and results.
• Track campaign performance, generate data-driven reports, and recommend actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Brevo.
• Assist in operating Meta Ads Manager to run ads for webinars or other campaigns.

1. Data & Insights

• Leverage data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Provide comprehensive reports on the performance of e-commerce efforts for NeoPalms and content campaigns for NeoYug.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investments (ROIs).
• Conduct trend research and implement new marketing trends to stay ahead in the industry.

1. Project Management

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., website, social media) to ensure alignment of goals.
• Optimize the user experience on the company's websites for seamless navigation and engagement.

1. Newsletter & Email Campaigns

• Create HTMLs for newsletters and ensure timely delivery via Brevo.
• Update and maintain contact databases on a weekly basis, using details from platforms like Knorish and WordPress.

1. Brand Awareness & Lead Generation

• Enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to NeoPalms and NeoYug websites.
• Generate sales leads and transform potential leads into customers.
• Mitigate risks by assessing and managing digital marketing efforts.

• Expertise in managing marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Canva, Brevo).
• Proven experience in Shopify management, including store setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to align tools with business objectives.
• Proficiency in automation tools to streamline operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in handling timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Hands-on experience in constructing and presenting campaign strategies.
