Role Introduction:
The Admin and Travel Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions and travel logistics within the organization. This role ensures efficient office operations, coordinates travel arrangements, and manages vendor relationships to support the company’s operational needs.
What You Will Do:
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Travel Logistics:
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures.
- Handle and oversee all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate contracts and rates.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and budget constraints.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding travel documents, insurance, and regulations.
- Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for office supplies and travel services.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the budget for administrative and travel expenses.
- Track and report on expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 15+ years in administrative management and travel logistics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and travel management systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Ex-servicemen served in any of the Defence wings.
- Experience with international travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to travel and logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
