About Our Client

Client has 1,500 employees across offices in North America, Europe and Asia, providing high-caliber support and operating leverage to over 1,000 clients across geographies and asset classes, including asset managers, advisors, corporates, and entrepreneurs.

• Develop and implement a global risk management strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Oversee risk operations across multiple business lines, ensuring consistent and effective risk management practices.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate risk management into the organization's strategic planning processes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on risk-related matters to the COO and other senior leaders.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement the organisation's strategy as related to real estate

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operational strategy/ Chief of staff to the COO, with a focus on strategic INITIATIVES and operational risk.
• Extensive experience in real estate strategy and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
