Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to Support the Group Cyber Security Council (GCSC) in implementing ABB's cyber security strategy aligned with ABB's overall strategy and business needs. Effectively manage the GCSC joint initiatives, projects and other operational activities on their behalf in collaboration with the Business Areas, Divisions and Corporate Functions. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible to manage the implementation of group-level cyber security policies, standards and guidelines to assure relevant risk are appropriately covered in alignment with group policy framework.
• Responsible to manage the implementation of our Governance Framework.
• Responsible to manage the activities supporting the development and maintenance of an effective cyber security assurance program.
• Supporting the reporting of cyber security status and pre-defined KPI's to relevant stakeholders (e.g. CTO's, EC, FACC)
• Supporting the Group Cyber Security Council and Group wide cyber security organization by managing the joint initiatives.
• Responsible to manage the exception handling process
• Responsible for the implementation and roll-out of the cyber security awareness and training, needed to introduce the Cyber Security Policies and Standards.
• Responsible to implement and maintain the internal GCSC communication channels such as internal sites and documents.
• Responsible to manage the GCSC joint initiatives, projects and other operational activities on their behalf in collaboration with the Business Areas, Divisions and Corporate Functions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Good understanding of cyber security technology, solutions and processes.
• Basic understanding of Operational Technology
• Experience in development and/or management in one or more of the following areas: secure development lifecycle, security training, security testing, product security incident response, software bill of materials, supply chain security, public-key infrastructure, performance monitoring, security standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team
• Willingness to work in open, collaborative, networking environment with various functions and businesses
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
• Self-motivated, structured and results oriented with good time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
• Capable of setting the right priorities in a demanding environment
