Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations & Delivery Lead to manage and optimize our psychologist recruitment, training, session delivery, and performance monitoring for US shifts. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless learning experience for students, maintaining high-quality coaching standards, and driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in psychologist recruitment, training, operations management, and performance monitoring within the EdTech, Mental Health, or Learning & Development space.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
oIdentify, source, and recruit psychologists for Parentof&aposs learning programs, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
oManage end-to-end hiring processes, including interviews, training, and onboarding.
Training & Development:
oDevelop and implement training programs to equip psychologists with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct engaging and effective sessions.
oCreate and update training materials, session guidelines, and best practices.
oConduct mock sessions, assessments, and feedback loops to ensure high coaching quality.
Session Management & Delivery:
oOversee scheduling and operational execution of psychology-based coaching sessions for US shifts.
oMonitor session performance, attendance, and adherence to curriculum standards.
oEnsure smooth session delivery by addressing technical, content, or operational challenges in real-time.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
oTrack and evaluate psychologist performance through structured feedback, session recordings, and student outcomes.
oIdentify areas of improvement and implement coaching strategies to enhance effectiveness.
oDrive key engagement metrics such as student satisfaction, retention, and learning impact.
Process Optimization & Team Management:
oImplement efficient operational workflows for scaling delivery across time zones.
oMaintain compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
oWork cross-functionally with content, technology, and product teams to enhance session effectiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong recruitment & onboarding expertise for psychology professionals.
Experience in psychologist training and mental health coaching methodologies.
Excellent operational management and process optimization skills.
Strong analytical and performance monitoring abilities.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across time zones.
Familiarity with edtech platforms, virtual learning tools, and session management software.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first approach.
Experience Required:
8+ years in operations, delivery, or psychologist management roles, preferably in EdTech, Mental Health, K-12 learning, or L&D industries.
Experience handling remote teams and managing global time zones (US Shifts preferred).
Proven track record in scaling psychology coaching/training operations.
Background in psychology, education, instructional design, or operational leadership is a plus.
