Required Skill
Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within procurement or finance.
Strong knowledge of budget tracking, purchase order systems, and invoice processing.
Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) creation and submission processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and experience with procurement or financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skill
Experience in contract management or vendor relations.
Background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
Familiarity with budgeting and procurement policies in a corporate environment.
Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / Economics / Finance.
