Business Development Manager - Interior Design

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Prepare and present project proposals and quotes to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
• Knowledge of the interior design market and trends is a plus.
