Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for Principal Business Analyst role.

This person will have the below key responsibilities:

• Strong experience of playing Principal Business Analyst roles for global clients helping with delivery of Data & Analytics / BI / Reporting / Visualization / Data Science / GenAI / Analytics engagements & programs
• Collaborates with project sponsors / business heads / stakeholders to determine program scope and define scope boundaries for Data & Analytics programs / strategic & transformation initiatives
• Overall 15+ years of industry / IT experience with 5+ years of strong domain exposure to Manufacturing / Auto / Consumer Products & Retail / Banking & Capital Markets sectors working with global clients to deliver strategic programs in Digital / Data & Analytics areas
• Leads the team of Business Analysts / Data Analysts and works with key business SMEs / application owners / client stakeholders to elicit, analyse, define & document business requirements
• Acts as a lead BA to drive workshops and interviews with key business users to define business architecture & functional requirements / KPIs / Metrics. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
• Acts as a functional SME to guide Architects, Data Modelers, Dev & Test teams throughout the SDLC and also during Functional Testing, System Integration Testing(SIT) and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) to ensure features, functions and project deliverables have been developed as per specifications.
• Analyses and verifies requirements and test scenarios / test cases for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards specific to the Technology stack being used for delivering the requirements.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, semantic data models and charts to provide direction to developers / testers and/or the project team.
• Assists with the articulation of customer requirements into feasible business architecture options driven by the Data & Analytics tech stack used for delivering the requirements and communicates them back to the business stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the status of program level requirements throughout the SDLC, enforces change management and redefines as necessary
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
• verbally and through written documentation
• to key project stakeholders including project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood and required change management processes are enforced
• Acts as a domain SME responsible for developing POVs on industry / technology trends to articulate business use cases, outcomes, impact and value proposition. Presents on domain topics / POVs to senior client stakeholders / external industry forums

• Exposure to Data & Analytics technology stack across Data Engineering / BI / Reporting / Visualization / Data Science is preferred
• MBA / Post graduate University degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems
• 15+ years of related work experience playing the roles of Principal Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst
• Proven experience in taking the lead on functional and technical Reporting requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development
