Principal Architect / Senior Director - AI&ML

Overview:

Senior Director for Prodapt Labs will lead all engineering, innovation, GTM and capability ramp up activities and steer all Technology roadmap initiatives for the company

Responsibilities:

1. Innovation Leader - Champion of all new technology initiatives as per market and business trends
2. Engineering Leader - Built capabilities from junior most to senior resources for identified areas. Exceptional engineering leadership skills for inhouse initiatives and joint customer initiatives
3. Technology Leader - Lead Prodapt's partnership, industry collaboration, Institute partnership initiatives
4. Business Leader - Build GTM roadmap for new CoEs, charters and actively lead business growth initiatives for the defined roadmap
5. Delivery Excellence Leader - Support delivery excellence initiatives through strategic initiatives, inhouse toolings, trainings, University / L&D benchmarks to improve the engineering and delivery excellence benchmarks.

Requirements:

Must have - AI@Scale delivery skills - Phd or equivalent exposure to large scale AI, Advanced AI and Generative AI capabilities

Must have - Large Scale Software Development expertise for Cloud Native and Hybrid Cloud ecosystems either in Azure / GCP / AWS.

Good to have - Metaverse, Quantum Computing, Web3.0 CoE / Practice leader experience
