Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope.You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Builds IS Security, Risk & Compliance operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects
- Actively participate in planning, scheduling, delivering and releasing onboardings of applications into IAM platform, ensuring compliance with all required internal processes (esp. change management)
- Integrates Operation and Build activities (DevOps scope) in collaboration with Build Team
- Plays an active role in the definition of new contract with Vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition
- Defines level of monitoring , type of monitoring and assure all Consumer Interaction Points Lifecycle Experience are under control and correct support is provided all in close collaboration with ABB IS GBS Consumer Experience organization
- Contributes to the IS Service Catalogue, sets directions in the areas of service introduction and end user support
- Is responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Security, Risk and Compliance service operation delivery, escalation and relationship management
- Is responsible in incident management for ensuring service restauration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization
- Is responsible for finding the root cause of incidents (define workarounds, known errors and root cause analysis), following up on fixing root causes by planning problem resolution and change implementation
- Ensure Clear Skye (key IAM platform) is stable, available and properly staffed to rapidly address any incoming issues reported by end customers.
- Ensure Clear Skye allows to onboard 200+ applications per year with proper analysis, implementation, integration and documentation.
- Coordinate Change and Release Management process in alignment with Service Now platform team to ensure consistency, coherency, adherence to standards and principles, while not losing usability and pace in delivery of required onboardings.
- Provide certain compliance and security not only for Clear Skye, but also as a centralized service to IAM customers.
- Manage vendors delivering support and build (primarily onboarding) services to ensure their sufficient level of delivery.
- Ensure all KPIs and SLAs for the service managed are under control and effectively monitored
- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar
- Certifications required - ITIL V4 foundation, Service Now certifications
- Certifications preferred- Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology specific certifications
