Youll be accountable for business growth, deal closures, and partner-driven revenue. If youve sold to marketing organizations before and understand customer pain points, youll hit the ground running.
What Youll Own & Deliver
Hunt & Close Identify and engage new enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to contract.
Convert Viable Prospects Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and transition new clients to the account management team.
Build & Maintain a Strong Pipeline Proactively develop and manage a high-quality pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Quota & KPI Ownership Drive revenue growth and ensure quarterly and annual quotas are achieved.
Complex, High-Value Sales Navigate multi-stakeholder, matrixed sales environments to secure strategic enterprise deals.
Forecasting & Account Planning Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Sales DNA: Youve got the hustle, the hunger, and the numbers to prove it.Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with a laser focus on revenue and deal velocity.
Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in complex, solution-based sales environments.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling to marketing organizations is a big plus.
Education: B.E., BSc IT, BCA, MBA Preferred | MCA also considered.
Value Selling Pro: You understand customer pain points and position solutions that drive impact.
Travel Ready: willing to travel as per business need.
