Job Description: Female Back Office Assistant Position: Female Back Office Assistant Type: Full-Time Job Location: Chennai Alapakkam Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Professionally communicate with clients via phone, email, and other platforms.
Provide required updates and support to clients. Reminders and Follow-Ups: Create reminders and follow up with clients for tasks, payments, or deadlines. Ensure timely communication to enhance client satisfaction. Portal Assignments: Assign tasks on designated portals and ensure smooth workflow.
Regularly update portal information and track task progress. Skills and Qualifications: Female candidates only. Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written). Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with MS Office and online tools.
