Senior Analyst - Campaign Management
Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the U.S. based Growth Marketing team to support growth marketing activities and campaigns. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across multiple platforms and functions, including but not limited to:Campaign Management:
Campaign planning & execution
Vendor payments and orders:
Efficiently manage and process vendor payments.
Assist with event orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reporting:
Prepare spend analysis and compare to budget reports.
Generate registration lists from firm event tools.
CRM:
Maintain and enhance data integrity within the CRM system by updating and maintaining account and campaign activities.
Assist, as needed, with campaign creation and reporting, list building, and data entry
Responsibilities:
Senior analyst will act as a liaison with the US Marketing team to understand, prioritize and deliver day-to-day growth marketing projects for completion by the India campaign team
Project management skills to prioritize, plan and execute tasks with a focus on accuracy within agreed timelines
Good analytical skills with a data driven mindset
Frequently monitor account lists in CRM & work with the campaign analyst
Help drive a governance model or best practices for existing D356
Collaborate with members of the Growth Marketing and Digital teams to ensure proper execution of campaigns with the right list of accounts / audience.
Prepare event lists for lead generation campaigns. Monitor & report on events
Evaluate tactics to support campaign plans, leverage the firm-wide tools that have been developed and work with the team to implement the plan.
During implementation, identify potential barriers to the success of the marketing solution and resolve problems as they arise to ensure overall objectives of the campaign are met.
Qualifications:
Expertise in campaign management
Excellent communication skills
Good Project management skills
CRM experience, including creating campaigns, building lists and managing accounts. Microsoft D365 experience preferred.
Exposure to working on U.S. marketing campaigns
Good understanding of different marketing platforms
Microsoft Excel & Power point experience a plus
