Summary:As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for owning the integrity and governance of systems, developing, deploying and supporting infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective.
Your typical day will involve working with Network Infrastructures, ensuring best practices for delivering services and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, implement and maintain complex network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to existing standards and methods of delivery.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network infrastructure configurations, processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in network engineering planning and deployment solutions, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

- Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining complex network infrastructures.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful network infrastructure solutions.
