About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns, preferably in lead generation for the B2B, Education, or Insurance sectors.

Exposure to Meta-ads is not necessary but desirable. The role focuses on driving performance through precise campaign setup, management, optimization, and periodic in-depth reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup and Management
  • Create, launch, and manage Search (Google, Microsoft), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit), Display & Video (GDN, YouTube), Retargeting, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Optimization and Maintenance
  • Perform keyword research and search query review to eliminate poor traffic and surface growth opportunities.
  • Write and optimize ad copy and extensions to improve CTR and conversion rate.
  • Adjust bidding strategies and budgets to meet the performance goals.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate, analyze, and present custom performance reports using Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, IS, IS Lost, Click Share, Outranking share, Position Above rate) and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Tools and Techniques
  • Execute bulk campaign edits using Excel or Google Ads Editor.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends.

About You:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google search ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads metrics and their calculations, including Impression Share, Click Share, Quality Score, ROAS, and Payback period.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and bid management strategies.
  • Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
  • Ability to write and optimize ad copy for search campaigns.
  • Proficiency in bulk editing and changes using Excel and Google Ads Editor.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of filters, pivot tables, and QUERY() for reporting.
