We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives.Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates for various roles across the organization, while fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.
Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Build and promote our employer brand through active participation in industry events and social media.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting, sourcing, and selection processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and drive improvements.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Experience in volume or bulk hiring for Technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in English.
