Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Expertise in acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Familiarity with Tax and Legal Domains. Knowledge of Digital Subscriptions.
- Understanding of E-commerce and Subscription Models. Experience with CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product value. Ability to deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of Taxmann's products during client meetings.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong network within the legal, tax, and corporate sectors. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and legislative changes.
- Digital subscriptions including multi-user licenses, individual subscriptions, and renewals.
- Identify and onboard new clients such as corporates, law firms, accounting firms, and educational institutions for the website's subscription services.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor websites, and new legal or financial content platforms to identify growth opportunities for www.taxmann.com.
- Develop and nurture leads to convert them into long-term subscribers.
- Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the website, access resources, and resolve issues related to digital content.
- Conduct regular check-ins with large clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of their subscriptions.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the website's features, including access to databases, research tools, and compliance modules.
- Focus on renewing existing subscriptions.
