Outbound B2B Sales Make outbound calls to business clients and pitch web development, digital marketing, or IT solutions. Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers. Explain website design, SEO, e-commerce solutions, and online branding to business owners.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups Research and target new businesses and potential clients. Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals. Build strong client relationships for long-term business growth. 3. Sales Strategy & Customer Engagement Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Handle objections professionally and persuade customers to purchase services. Ensure excellent post-sales support and maintain a high client retention rate. 4. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and targets. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for seamless service delivery.
