SALES COORDINATOR - Required Bangalore Candidate, job location: Kalyan nagar, HRBR Layout near Banasawadi.

Job Overview

Pay: 25,000- 30,000 per month

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical Solutions in pre-sales activities for our range of CCTV products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate security solutions..
• Assist in creating technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates for clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to enhance product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and generate potential leads.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
