Oracle Advanced Customer Services, delivers the high availability and mission-critical support businesses demands. A team of Advanced Support Engineers work closely with customers, both onsite and remotely, to provide 24/7 personalized support.The team combines the knowledge of customer environment and expertise from Oracle Support and Product Development, to help resolve critical issues, help customers realize tangible business outcomes, conduct production maturity assessments, implementation health checks and help reconfigure them, help customers embrace Oracle innovations like AI, Gen AI, Redwood, etc.
We are looking for Senior Oracle HCM Professonals with Overall 15+ years of Business Applications experience with at least 5 to 10 years of Fusion HCM experience and remaining years of IT domain experience in Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft HCM or other applications.The selected candidates should be able to relocate to any of the work locations (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai) for forthcoming projects. If selected, should also be willing work in shifts as our customers are spread across various countries.
Must have good experience in Fusion HCM Implementation, Support and upgrade projects. We are looking for a person who has real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience and/or worked on Implementation, Support and Upgrade Projects.
Qualifications: Any professional qualification (MBA/BE/ B Tech/MCA).
Must have Skills- 15+ Years relevant working Experience with 5 to 10+ Years in Oracle Cloud Application Experience
- Good knowledge of HR Domain and HR processes. Experience of thought leadership in the HCM space will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Technology domain, the innovations and their applications for businesses
- Hands-on experience of working on Oracle Fusion HCM Solution. Should have worked on full cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in any one or more modules (Recruiting, Core HR, Talent, OTL, Payroll, etc,)
- Managed customers in terms of understanding their requirements / pain, designing solutions, implementing and providing post implementation support
- Driving C-level conversations, and helping them realize tangible business outcomes
- Should have Good knowledge of Project life cycle and Managed Operations Support
- Experience of managing teams, mentoring them and driving team performance and productivity will be preferred.
