Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience in incident management and problem management
- Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and service level management
- Familiarity with change management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
