Job Description- Experience in Sales in IBMS / Security & Surveillance /Entrance Control /Automation Industry/ Smart Parking System.
- Proven record of acquiring new customers and extracting business from existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Electronic Security System, Automated Parking Management, Entrance Control Automation, low voltage electronic product, Smart Parking System.
- Experience in managing sales from Large Accounts/New Markets.
- Proven Sales consistency.
- Domain Knowledge on Access control system/ CCTV system and BMS related to commercial buildings and fitouts.
- Sales Experience and customer knowledge in and around the North and South Region is preferable when connecting to End users, consultants and PMCs.
- Job responsibility includes identifying potential customers for the IBMS solution-selling business.
- Work closely with customers/consultants/architects to provide solutions and win projects. Should have strong connections with Consultant/architect / PMC and customers in North and South Region.
- Identifies opportunities in own area of responsibility to contribute to the company's commercial success, including increasing process efficiency or reducing problems.
- Focused towards a specific goal set by others, especially business goals.
- ELV Consultant /Architects & Vendor Approvals.
Skill Required
Effective Communicator with Good Presentation Skills
Proactive approach
Ability to work in Cross-functional alignments.
Good negotiation skills and a go-getter.
Strong understanding of the Sales Process.
Industry understanding and good OEM alignments.
New customer acquisition, Tender Analysis, Costing & Estimation, Negotiation, Project Sales, and Key Account Management.
Experience in handling key accounts like Real Estate, the Industrial sector, power plants, Universities etc.
Electronic security Industry Experience would be preferable.
Taking responsibility and working towards planning targets, overcoming obstacles, setbacks and uncertainty.
