What would you do? • Balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis- In-depth analysis of store count results, shrinkage and inventory levels
- Take a lead role in ensuring that department objectives and initiatives are completed
- Continuously monitor, recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness and productivity of department
- Liaise with other teams within the organization as well as externally
- Various other duties as required
You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.
You will develop category management strategy by driving down the total cost of targets goods/services with solution that meet business needs through proactive development and execution of the appropriate strategies. This further optimizes the business outcomes of sourcing, procurement enablement and transaction processing through category specific contract management, supplier relationship management, and procurement performance management.

- Ability to investigate and identity root cause of system issues affecting Inventory
- Proven ability to analyze processes and develop efficiencies
- Capable of analyzing data, developing reporting, providing trending analysis and conclusions
- A minimum of 6 years of previous applicable industry experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Current enrollment within a recognized accounting program would be considered an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team with strong organizational skills
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi task daily activities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate comfortably with all business partners
